Volunteers removing and bagging French broom and other non-native plants growing along the edge of the park.
Join the Garber Park Stewards - Saturday, July 5th from 9am-12pm. Volunteer activities will include pulling invasive and non-native plants, cutting back overgrown plants to lower fire fuels, raking main trails, and collecting dry debris and branches.
Visit this 13-acre park to learn about the native plants growing in Claremont Canyon and help restore its native wild habitat (we meet year-round). Meet at the Evergreen Lane entrance of the park. For directions to the Evergreen Lane entrance click here.
